All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you’ll receive another notification with tracking details.
We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or weather conditions may affect the actual delivery time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for your order.
Delivery Address
Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Flarezon is not responsible for delays or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@flarezon.com with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund for the order amount.
