At Flarezon Ltd, we are committed to providing a pleasant and transparent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your mirror, we have implemented a simple and clear return and refund policy.
Return Period
You have 31 days from the receipt of your mirror to return an item for an exchange, refund, or claim for defective mirrors.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us:
To initiate a return, email our customer service at contact@flarezon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. - Return Authorization:
After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization along with a prepaid return label for you to print. - Prepare the Return:
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. Use the return label provided via email to send the item back. -
Print the Shipping Label: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Just print it out and attach it to your package.

Send it Back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refund Process
• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
• Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Fees
- Defective mirrors: If the item is defective or damaged, Flarezon Ltd will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you change your mind, you can return the item for free. Flarezon Ltd will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund.
- No Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be charged for returned mirrors.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for mirrors returned within 31 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@flarezon.com. Instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
Return Conditions
- Change of Mind: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Defective Mirrors: If you receive a defective mirror, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged Mirrors: If a mirror arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. If approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Flarezon Ltd.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect mirror, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item.
- Lost Mirror: If your mirror does not arrive, please contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation
You will have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within one hour. Scroll down to find the “You’ve changed your mind” section. If it’s been more than 60 minutes, send an email to contact@flarezon.com and we’ll help you find another solution.

Refunds will be issued via Stripe payment processing company to the original account used for the purchase.
