Returns are accepted within 31 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging. Customized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged. - Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used initially through Stripe, within 7 days after receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
