A Frozen Waterfall of Light, Built to Weather It All
You want an entrance, garden or patio that looks considered the moment the lights come on, without worrying it will fail after one wet winter. The Noctura Linear Outdoor Wall Lamp pairs a transparent acrylic pane with an IP65-rated matte black metal body, casting a classy, balanced glow that evokes a frozen waterfall while shrugging off rain, frost and humidity.
Choose from 6 sizes from 30cm to 150cm, three lighting styles including a dimmable version with remote control, and steady or motion sensor operation. Built from metal and acrylic in a timeless black and white palette, it suits garden walls, garages, bedrooms and patios, and wipes clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Why It’s Better

- Matte Black Finish: A black and white palette and matte frame sit well against brick, render or wood.
- Six Sizes to Fit Any Wall: Runs from 30cm up to 150cm, fitting anything from a doorframe to a garden wall.

Your Questions, Answered
How well does it handle UK rain and frost?
It carries an IP65 weatherproof rating, built with a metal frame and acrylic shade specifically for exposed outdoor walls, gardens and entrances through rain, frost and humidity.
Is the light too bright or harsh for a bedroom or entrance?
No, the acrylic pane spreads the LED light evenly along the full length of the fixture, giving a soft, balanced glow rather than a sharp spotlight, and the dimmable version lets you set it lower indoors.
Which size should I choose for my wall?
It comes in six lengths from 30cm to 150cm, so you can match it to a narrow doorframe, a garage entrance or a long garden wall, keeping the same 8cm width across every size.
Is it difficult to install?
It is a hardwired fixture that mounts flush to the wall with the included hardware and a manual; we recommend a qualified electrician wire and waterproof the connection for the longest life.
Does the remote version work with my existing dimmer switch?
The dimmable version comes with its own remote control to adjust brightness and colour temperature, and is designed to run on a standard switched connection rather than an existing wall dimmer.
What is the difference between the motion sensor and steady styles?
The steady style stays on whenever powered, while the motion sensor style automatically lights up as you approach, both set within the same matte black acrylic-paned body.
Can it be used indoors as well as outside?
Yes, while it is built and rated for outdoor use on gardens, patios and entrances, its minimalist black and white design suits hallways, bedrooms and indoor feature walls just as well.
