Your Questions, Answered
Where can I buy a modern ceiling fan like this online?
Nordvale is available directly here in four finishes and three sizes, delivered to your door. Simply choose the diameter and finish that fits your room and order online.
How quiet is the DC motor really?
The DC motor is rated to operate under 30 dB, which is quieter than a soft whisper, so it runs comfortably in bedrooms overnight without disturbing sleep.
Can this fan be used to warm a room in winter?
Yes. The reversible airflow function spins the blades in the opposite direction, gently circulating warm air that collects near the ceiling back down into the room.
Is this ceiling fan suitable for outdoor spaces like a covered porch?
Nordvale is designed and rated specifically as an indoor ceiling fan, built to perform at its best in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens.
Which size should I choose for my room?
The 106 cm fan suits smaller rooms around 10 m², the 132 cm suits mid-size rooms, and the 152 cm is built for larger spaces up to around 25 m².
Does it come with a light fitting?
Nordvale is designed without an integrated light, making it ideal for rooms that already have their own ceiling or wall lighting sorted.
How is the fan installed and controlled?
It is hardwired for a permanent ceiling fitting with a 20 cm downrod and 15 cm canopy, then operated using the included remote or dedicated wall control for speed, direction and timer.
